‘Ya’yan itatuwa bakwai masu kyau ga idanu

Kula da lafiyar ido yana da mahimmanci ga lafiyar gaba ɗaya.

Duk da yake babu ‘ya’yan itace ɗaya  da zai iya tabbatar da cikakkiyar gani, haɗa nau’ikan ‘ya’yan itace masu wadatar wasu sinadarai na iya ba da gudummawa ga lafiyar ido.

Ga wasu ‘ya’yan itatuwa na yau da kullum masu amfani ga idanunku:

  1. Lemo: Lemo suna da kyakkyawan tushen bitamin C, maganin antioxidant wanda ke taimakawa kare idanu daga damuwa na iskar oxygen da macular degeneration (AMD).

KU KUMA KARANTA: Abinci guda 5 da suke gyara jikin mutum

  1. Gwanda: Gwanda na da wadataccen sinadarin bitamin C, E, da beta-carotene, waɗanda ke taimakawa wajen rage haɗarin kamuwa da cutar ido.
  2. Strawberries: Strawberries wani ‘ya’yan itace ne mai yawan bitamin C, wanda zai iya taimakawa wajen kiyaye lafiyar jijiyoyin jini a idanu.
  3. Mangwaro: Mangwaro tushen bitamin A da beta-carotene ne mai kyau, yana da mahimmanci don aikin ido da kyau kuma yana iya kariya daga bushewar idanu.
  4. Avocado: Avocado yana ɗauke da lutein, zeaxanthin, da kuma bitamin E, wanda zai iya taimakawa wajen kare idanu daga lalacewar shekaru.
  5. Inabi: Inabi, musamman masu launin duhu kamar ja da inabi masu ruwan hoda, suna ɗauke da resveratrol, wanda zai iya taimakawa wajen kare tasoshin jini na idanu.
  6. Kankana: Kankana shi ne kyakkyawan tushen lycopene, wanda ke da alaƙa da raguwar haɗarin haɓaka AMD. Ka tuna cewa daidaitaccen abinci yana da mahimmanci ga lafiyar gaba ɗaya, gami da lafiyar ido.

Tare da cinye waɗannan ‘ya’yan itatuwa, ku ci kayan lambu masu launi daban-daban, hatsi gabaɗaya, da sinadarai masu ƙoshin lafiya.
