Lokacin sanyi ya gabato, shin me kuke yi don kula da lafiyar ku a cikin wannan lokacin?

Shigowar sanyi na kawo barazana ga lafiyar mutum, jikinmu yana canzawa saboda yanayin.

Zaku lura fata na bushewa (saboda rashin danshi), fashewa ko tsagewar leɓe, tafin ƙafafu har ma da fatar ƙafar, sannan bushewar maƙogaro, tare da bushewar fatar kai da zubar gashi.

Bushewar leɓe lokacin sanyi

1-Yawan shan ruwa;

Yawan shan ruwa shine mafi mahimmancin abinda ake bukata a wannan lokaci, ku kasance kuna shan ruwa mai yawa ko da za ku yita yawo dashi a hannu ne.

2- Cin ‘ya’yan itatuwa da yawa;

‘Ya’yan itacen marmari suna da wadatataccen bitamin da ma’adanai waɗanda zasu kiyaye jikin ku da ƙara muku lafiya a lokacin lokacin sanyi.

Fashewar ƙafa lokacin sanyi

Ana ba da shawarar cin ‘ya’yan itatuwa masu yawan bitamin C irin su mangwaro, gwanda, abarba, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, kankana, guavas, kiwi, lemu, broccoli, tumatir, da sauransu.

3-Yawan shafa mai a fata;

Fatar jiki tana ɗaya daga cikin abinda ke chanzawa a yanayin sanyi, yanayin sanyin ke busar da danshin fata. Saboda haka yana da muhimmanci a dinga amfani da mai a kai a kai.

Man kaɗe

Ku tabbata kunyin amfani da mai me maiƙo sosaikamar vaseline, man kaɗe, man kwakwa da dai sauransu,sannan a samu lokaci da za cire matattun ƙwayoyin fata da suka bushe, don bada damar sabbin ƙwayoyin fata su fito.

4-Shafa mai a fatar kai da gashi;

Gashi na ɗaya daga cikin abinda yafi horuwa da sanyi, saboda har zubewa yake idan ba a mainda hankali ba. Ana so a dinga yawan shafa mai a fatar kai da kuma jikin gashin.,ana so ana yiwa gashin kwaskwarima, sannan a dinga rufe kai saboda don gudun bushewa da ɗaukar ƙura.
