Yadda za kuyi rigakafin cutar daji na jarirai tun farkon lokacin daukar ciki

Wata ƙungiya mai zaman kanta mai suna Children with Cancer Intervention Initiative, ta ce rigaƙafin cutar kansa a cikin yara yana yiwuwa idan an kiyaye abincin da ya dace a lokacin ɗaukar ciki.

Da take jawabi yayin bikin ranar cutar daji ta duniya ta 2023, wanda CCII ta shirya wa yara, ƙwararriyar likitar Radiation da Clinical Oncologist, Dokta Lizzy Njoku, ta bayyana ciwon daji a matsayin lokacin da ɗayan kwayoyin halitta a cikin jiki ke girma ba tare da katsewa ba, tana mai cewa yawancin abubuwan da ke haifar da ciwon daji na yara ba a sani ba, kamar yadda bincike ke gudana.

“Rigakafin cutar daji a yara yana farawa daga ciki, akwai wasu abubuwa da za ku iya yi don rigakafin cutar kansa ga yara yayin daukar ciki ta hanyar shan folic acid da cin ‘ya’yan itatuwa da kayan marmari.

Ta kuma yi tsokaci kan wasu ayyuka da za su iya sa yara su kamu da cutar daji.

“Shiga cikin maganin sauro a lokacin ɗaukar ciki na iya haifar da ciwon daji a yara, dole ne a bar shi ya huce kafin barci, haka kuma shan barasa da shan taba yana da illa ga yara, wasu kwalaben na ciyar da robobi da aka sarrafa abinci, da abinci na gwangwani, suna da ƙwayoyin cuta na oncogenic, waɗanda ke shiga cikin abincin da muke ci.

“Kofuna da cokali sun fi dacewa da yara, kada ku soya miya da yawa, kuma cin ‘yayan itatuwa da hanyar wanda ba sai an dafa su ba.

“Traffic monoxide yana da cutar kansa da yawa musamman ga yara kuma saboda yawan sanyaya da dumama kwalabe na ciyarwa, robobi, da samfuran man fetur sune oncogenic”in jita.

Wata ƙwararriyar masaniyar abinci mai gina jiki, Misis Damilola Joseph, ta ce ciwon daji na iya tasowa lokacin da maye gurbin kwayoyin halitta ya mayar da kwayoyin halitta masu lafiya zuwa sel marasa lafiya.

Ta ambata cewa rashin isasshen bitamin, ma’adanai, da amino acid, da rashin isasshen abinci mai gina jiki (kayan shuka da ba za a iya narkewa ba amma yana taimaka muku wajen narkar da sauran abinci) wasu daga cikin matsalolin da za su iya haifar da ciwon daji.

Ta kuma bayyana cewa abubuwan da ke biyo baya zasu taimaka wajen kula da nau’in ciwon daji daban-daban.

“Ciyar da abinci mai rai/ɗanye, abinci mai tushen shuka (ba tare da cholesterol ba), abinci mai wadataccen ruwa kashi 70%, furotin mai kyau, abinci mai gina jiki (ba tare da sinadarai ba), mai mai kyau, abincin da ba a sarrafa shi ba, da kuma sanya Allah cikin lamarin ku.

“Ku ci ‘ya’yan itatuwa, kayan lambu, da hatsi iri-iri.” In jita.

Shugabar kungiyar nan mai suna The Children with Cancer Intervention Initiative, Misis Honor Onyebuchukwu, ta ce ta kafa shirin ne domin ceto yara daga mutuwa da kuma kamuwa da cutar kansa da hana su kamuwa da cutar.
