Wata Babbar Kotun Tarayya da ke Abuja ta yi watsi da ƙarar da wani ɗan cocin Seventh Day Adventist ya shigar yana neman a haramta gudanar da zaɓe a  ranar Asabar a Najeriya.

A hukuncin da Mai shari’a James Omotosho ya yanke a ranar Laraba, ya bayyana karar a matsayin wani fada na rashin gaskiya, abin takaici da harzuka zuciya, kuma marar tushe. 

Ya yi watsi da hujjar cewa gudanar da zabuka a ranar Asabar shiga hurumin ‘yancin mambobin cocin ne.

Wani ɗan cocin Seventh-day Adventist, Ugochukwu Uchenwa ne ya kawo karar, inda ya kalubalanci gudanar da zaɓe a Najeriya a ranar Asabar.

Ya ce wannan ɗabi’a ta zaɓe ranar Asabar take hakkinsu ne na ‘yancin yin ibada da kuma  matsayinsu na ‘yan kasa da ake hana su shiga zaɓe.

Alkalin ya jaddada cewa gwamnati na da hurumin tauye hakkokin duk wani ɗan kasa domin samun ci gaba, yana mai cewa a wannan batun ma ba a tauye hakkin cocin ba. 

Ya kuma yi nuni da cewa cocin Seventh-day Adventist ‘yan tsiraru ne a Najeriya kuma ba za su iya dora koyarwar su a kan mafi yawan mabiya addinai a ƙasar ba.

A nasa ɓanagaren, Benjamin Ahamaefule, lauya ga wanda ya shigar da karar, ya bayyana aniyarsa na kalubalantar hukuncin da kotun ta yanke a kotun ɗaukaka ƙara.
