NAFDAC ta sanar da dakatar da amfani da Taliyar indomie na ‘Special Chicken flavor’, daga Adamu Musa Kaloma

Ƙungiyar Kula da shiga da ficen da ingancin abinci da magunguna (NAFDAC) ta fitar da sanarwar dakatar da Shigo ko amfani da Taliyar indomie na mai taken “Special Chicken flavor”.

Hukumar ta NAFDAC ta dakatar da amfani da wannan nau’i na indomie ne bisa wani bincike da ya gudana a ƙasar Malaysia wanda ya tabbatar da kasancewar sinadarin Ethylene oxide wanda aka fi sani da Epoxide ko oxirane a cikin ta.

Wannan sinadari an ƙirƙireshi ne a shekarar 1859 a ƙasar Faransa wanda wani masanin kimiyya Wurzt ya samar. Amfani da wannan sinadari ya yi yawa a lokacin yaƙin duniya na farko in da ake amfani dashi wajen sanyaya makaman yaƙi.
Ana amfani da wannan sinadarin wajen kare ɓacin abu ma’ana ‘preservative’ a turance. Abin mamakin shi ne tun shekarar 2003 aka fara rawaito shaidar alaƙar wannan sinadari da cutar daji ma’ana Cancer.
Rahotonni da dama sun nuna alaƙar wannan sinadari da cutar ta cancer amma yau a shekarar 2023 a ce ana amfani dashi a matsayin sinadarin kare abinci kuma kawai sayar mana ake muna ci muna murmushi bayan illar dake tare dashi.

Abin tambaya anan shi ne shin hukumar NAFDAC su na iya gudanar da binciken inganci da illar abinci kafin a shigar dashi kasuwa? Me ya sa a ruwayar suke kafa hujja da hukuncin da Malaysia suka ɗauka?
Menene amfanin masu karantar kimiyya a ƙasar nan in dai za’a ci gaba da haka?

Wannan dalili ya sa, idan bai zama dole ba mu yawaita cin ‘Natural Products’ wanda muka noma ku muka shuka domin illar su yakan yi kaɗan dangane da irin wannan abubuwan da ake saka mana a leda mu saya muci.

Mu dawo gargajiya, mu riƙi abinci mai kare tare da gina gangar jiki ba wai mu biye zamani mu ta kashe kanmu da kanmu ba.
