‘Yar Najeriyar na yunƙurin lashe gasar girki ta Guinness

Hilda Bassey Effiong wata matashiya ce, ‘yar shekara 27, mai gidan abinci a Najeriya, daga Nsit Ubium LGA a jihar Akwa Ibom.

Ta mallaki gidan abinci a Legas mai suna “My Food by Hilda”. A wannan gasar, Hilda za ta yi girki na tsawon kwanaki 4 ba tsayawa. Shi wannan girki a tsaye za ta yi shi, bai halatta ta zauna ba a yayin girkin.

Ba a yarda ta sha kofi, ko shayi, ko wani abu na ƙara kuzari, ko wani abin ƙara ƙarfin jiki ko wartsakarwa ba yayin dafa abincin ba, amma tanada damar cin abinci, shan ruwa ko ruwan ‘ya’yan itace, da shan glucose.

Wato tana haɗa mintunan nata biyar na kowane awa har sai sun zama minti talatin.
