Chef Hilda Baci mai shekara 28 ta kama hanyar kafa sabon tarihin girka shinkafa dafa-duka (Jollof) ’yar Najeriya mafi yawa a duniya.
Hilda Baci ta kafa wannan sabon tarihi ne inda ta girka shinkafa basmati buhu 200 a wata katafariyar tukunya a bainar jama’a.
Ta yi wannan sabon abin bajinta ce shekara biyu kacal bayan ta shiga kundin tarihi na duniya na Guinness a matsayin wadda ta shafe awanni mafiya yawa tana girke-girke a duniya.
A ranar Juma’a ta fara girkin a otel ɗin Eko Hotel & Suites, da ke Legas, kuma sama da mutum 20,000 mashahurai da sauransu sun yi rajista don halarta.

Girman tukunyar da aka ƙera musamman domin wannan girki mai cike da tarihi ya kai murabba’in mita 6×6 (faɗi da tsawo), kuma taba iya ɗaukar lita 22,619.
Da farko Hilda ta shirya amfani da buhu 250 (kilogiram 5,000) na shinkafa samfurin basmati. Amma saboda matsalolin awon kayan, sai aka rage zuwa bubu 100 (kilogiram 4,000).

Kafin fara girkin a ranar Juma’a, Hilda Ta rubuta a shafinta na Inatagram cewa, wannan ƙoƙarin ba a fatar baka ba ne kawai, amma “tarihi ne a keɓaɓɓe,” ta ƙara da cewa duk wanda ya halarci taron zai ci abincin da aka girka kyauta.”
Cikin bidiyo da aka gani kafin lokacin, an ga Hilda da mahaifiyarta suna addu’a a wajen gaban katafariyar tukunyar.

Ta yi alƙawarin cewa abincin zai kasance “mafi kyau, mai tsafta da za ka taɓa ci a rayuwarka.”
Tukunyar an ƙera ta musamman a yankin Kudu maso Yamma, kuma aikin ya ɗauki kusan wata uku, samun kayan ya ɗauki kusan wata biyu, haɗawa da gwaji kuwa wata ɗaya.

Shinkafar za ta ƙara yawa bayan ta nuna, zuwa kimanin kilogiram 14,000–16,000, kuma za ta wadatar da wa dubban mutane.
Hilda ta ce za ta yi amfani da ilimin lissafi da lura wajen daidaita kayan miya da kayan ƙamshi da sauran kayan haɗi a girkin.
Kayan haɗin girkin sun haɗa da kilogiram 1,000 na tumatir, albasa kilogram 600, kilogram 750 na man girki.
Sai kuma kayan ƙamshi irin su barkono (fresh cayenne pepper), paprika, thyme, basil, tafarnuwa, citta da sauran su.
An kuma sanya naman talotalo da sauransu don ƙarin ɗanɗano.
