Babbar Kotun Tarayya da ke Abuja ta tsayar da ranakun 19 da 20 ga watan Maris mai kamawa domin ci gaba da sauraron shari’ar jagoran haramtacciyar ƙungiyar ‘yan awaren Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu dake fuskantar tuhuma akan zargin cin amanar ƙasa.

Alƙalin kotun, Mai Shari’a Binta Murtala Nyako ta tsaida ranakun ne bayan sauraron bayanan lauyan Mista Kanu, Alloy Ejimakor wanda ya buƙaci kotun ta ba da belin wanda yake karewa a bisa dalilai na rashin lafiya.

Saidai lauyan gwamnatin tarayya kuma wanda ya shiga shari’ar a matsayin shugaban tawagar lauyoyinta, Mista Adegboyega Awomlowo ya ƙalubalanci buƙatar ba da belin, inda ya ce Hukumar Tsaron Farin Kaya ta DSS na da dukkan abinda ake buƙata domin duba lafiyar Kanu.

Gwamnatin tarayya ta shigar da sabbin tuhume-tuhume 15 da ke da nasaba da ta’addanci da cin amanar ƙasa akan Nnamdu Kanu a shekarar 2021.

An gurfanar da shi a gaban kotu a watan Yulin 2021 bayan da aka taso ƙeyarsa daga ƙasar Kenya.

Alƙalin Kotun, Mai Shari’a Binta Murtala-Nyako ta soke 8 daga cikin tuhume-tuhumen 15 bayan da ta yanke hukunci akan ƙorafe-ƙorafe da lauyan Kanu ya shigar tunda fari yana ƙalubalantar sahihancin tuhume-tuhumen.

Mista Kanu dai na ƙalubalantar hukuncin kotun na ci gaba da sauraron 7 daga cikin tuhume-tuhume 15 kasancewar ƙorafin da ya shigar tun da fari ya buƙaci a yi watsi da gaba ɗayan tuhume-tuhumen.

Kotun Ɗaukaka Kara ta yi watsi da gaba ɗayan tuhume-tuhume akan Kanu dogaro da cewar gwamnatin tarayya ta yi kuskure a hanyoyin da ta bi wajen taso ƙeyarsa zuwa Najeriya.

Saidai Kotun Ƙoli ta rushe hukuncin na Kotun Ɗaukaka Ƙara.

Kotun Ƙolin ta yi togaciya da cewar matakin da gwamnatin tarayyar ta yi amfani da su wajen kama Mista Kanu ba su isa su rushe gaba ɗayan shari’ar ba.

An umarci wanda ake ƙara da ya koma gaban Babbar Kotun Tarayya domin ci gaba da fuskantar shari’a a daidai inda aka tsaya tun da fari.
